Job summary

The Emirates Group is seeking a Training Officer (Security) for Dubai to train and brief staff on security procedures. The role focuses on ground staff (Airport, Cargo, DCA and security) with in-flight personnel training separately addressed.

You will design, deliver and evaluate security training, maintain course materials, and support a team of part-time trainers while ensuring compliance with GCAA standards and company security policies.

Qualifications

• Vocational or Diploma (12+2 or equivalent) in aviation security.
• Security (General): 5+ years of experience.
• Excellent communication skills fluent in English; Arabic/multilingual is a plus.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all security training programmes as per delivery schedules.
• Assist in design and development of training programmes through Training Needs Analysis.
• Evaluate staff via written or online examinations and practical assessments.
• Prepare and organise course materials, aids and equipment for training.
• Monitor and mentor trainees, and support part-time instructors.
