Job summary

Global Aerospace Logistics (GAL) Jobs seeks an Aviation Storekeeper to work inside a large airplane warehouse, delivering the right tools and spare parts to mechanics quickly and safely.

Responsibilities include counting parts each morning, shelving new stock accurately, and securing the tool room at shift end. Requires 1–2 years in airport stores or warehouses, barcode scanning skills, and a cleared background check for military base access.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in an airport store, factory, or warehouse.
• Proficient with barcode scanners and locating part numbers on a computer.
• Clear background check for security on a military base.

Responsibilities

• Give the right tools to engineers when they ask for them and take them back at the end of the day.
• Count the small airplane parts like screws and wires every morning to make sure nothing is missing.
• Put the new boxes of spare parts on the correct shelves carefully.
• Lock the tool room gate at the end of your shift to keep all expensive items very safe.
