Job summary

ADNOC Group in Sharjah is seeking a senior operations leader to manage ADNOC Aviation refuelling and depot/hydrant operations across the UAE's northern flight hubs.

You will oversee budgets, safety, compliance with IATA/JIG standards, and drive business development with airport authorities and customers.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering/science/commerce and at least 12 years in aviation fuel facilities, including 6 years in management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering /Science/Commerce
• 12 years of experience in managing the aviation fuel facilities, hydrant & into plane operations, including 6 years managerial responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage ADNOC Aviation Refuelling (Into-plane) and Non-refuelling (Depot & Hydrant) operations.
• Ensure compliance with IATA, JIG, AFQRJOS, Def Stan and company procedures across Sharjah and Northern Emirates.
• Coordinate with airport authorities, JV partners, and ADNOC HQ aviation sales for service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee budget preparation and monitoring of capital & operating expenditures.
• Ensure fuel quality and safety standards, incident investigations, and staff competency programs.
