Job summary

Bombardier Aerospace Abu Dhabi seeks a Material Handler to manage aviation parts, materials, and stores in a state-of-the-art service center. You will ensure accurate receiving, inspection, storage, and issuing of parts and tooling to support maintenance activities across the region.

Relocation to Abu Dhabi is required; UAE-based candidates encouraged to apply. The role emphasizes safety, traceability, and efficient material flow within an expanding MRO operation.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing aviation parts, materials, and stores operations in an aviation maintenance or MRO environment.
• Strong knowledge of human factors and performance in daily operations.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills; familiarity with computer systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to MOE and environmental/safety instructions.
• Prioritize items to ensure timely handling of incoming/outgoing parts (e.g., AOG).
• Receive, inspect, and document materials and tooling; ensure proper electrostatic precautions.
• Enter tooling in the tooling program and manage calibration status.
• Quarantine and label rejected tools/parts; ensure proper documentation and storage.
• Issue approved parts and tooling with appropriate documentation; link to supplier source.
• Maintain accurate inventory via cycle counts and perpetual systems.
• Monitor inventory levels of consumables and ensure housekeeping in stores.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Abu Dhabi Service Centre operations.
