Job summary

AMMROC is offering an Apprentice Technician position under the Al Ruwad Apprenticeship Program in the UAE. The role supports maintenance activities on aircraft and components while you develop skills under direct supervision, with classroom and on‑the‑job training designed to build essential competencies.

Ideal candidates are fresh graduates or early in their engineering careers, with a basic understanding of aircraft fundamentals, and IELTS 4.5 or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Completed National Service Diploma, Higher Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Aircraft Maintenance or related field.
• Fresh graduate or minimal experience; training provided through Al Ruwad Program.
• Minimum IELTS 4.5 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic maintenance tasks on aircraft or components under supervision.
• Participate in classroom and on-the-job training as part of the Al Ruwad Program.
• Follow safety instructions and use PPE correctly.
• Support accurate maintenance documentation and ERP data entry as directed.
• Keep tools, equipment and workspace organized and compliant with procedures.
• Report progress, challenges, or delays to the Supervisor or Technician.
