Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking an experienced professional to support our regional MRO and repair consultancy teams in Dubai. You will guide best practices across multiple workstreams, focusing on repair feasibility, industrialisation strategies, and contract execution to meet business commitments.

The role requires strong MRO development experience, deep knowledge of engine component repair, and proven project management skills to drive standardization and continuous improvement across the repair

Qualifications

MRO development knowledge in green field projects.
Experience with aircraft engine component repair processes.
Proven project management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Support regional external MRO and repair consultancy teams.
Provide oversight for MRO expansion and repair processes.
Offer SME guidance on repair feasibility, priorities, and industrialisation strategies.
Lead project planning and track execution outcomes.
Assist industrialisation of new/modified repairs from concept to production.
Share best practices for routings, control plans, and tooling specs.
Advise on validation/qualification plans for new repairs.
Analyze process data to identify defects and bottlenecks and drive corrective actions.
Promote Lean Six Sigma tools and change management.
