Job summary

Safran Seats in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai) seeks a Field Support Engineer to join the on-site technical support team. You will be based in UAE, support Emirates Airlines fleet, perform diagnostics, troubleshooting and configuration tasks to ensure airworthiness.

This role requires a Master’s or Bachelor’s in engineering and 3+ years in aeronautics in a customer-facing role. You will travel across the Middle East, build strong customer relationships, and act as ambassador for Safran Seats.

Qualifications

• Master or bachelor’s degree in general engineering (electronics/Mechanics is a plus).
• 3+ years of experience in the Aeronautic industry in a customer-facing role (e.g., final assembly line or aftermarket/aftersales).

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support, diagnostics, and configuration management to maintain equipment airworthiness and safety.
• Assist in planning service activities, retrofit operations and programs.
• Train operators' maintenance crews and participate in reviews with internal teams.
• Facilitate communication between Safran Seats and operators and monitor technical actions.
