About the role

The primary purpose of this role is to monitor and ensure on-schedule performance of maintenance measures.

Primary Duties

• Obtaining, registration, labelling, distribution and archiving of documents, manuals and electronic media.
• Reporting of fleet utilisation to support programme service providers and subsequent invoice validation.
• Revision of used documents library.
• Ensure that adequate systems and procedures are in place to manage all controlled documents in line with corporate policy and amend as necessary.
• Ensuring constantly availability and validity of documents.
• Administration of DC Aviation Al-Futtaim manuals etc.
• Processing of DC Aviation Al-Futtaim information letter.
• Administration of operational documents (maintenance, flight operations).
• Control of the status of revision.
• Manage and Control of publications and subscriptions from manufacturers, suppliers and authorities.
• Control of subscriptions.
• Checking and distribution of requests made by authorities via internet.
• Providing DC Aviation Al-Futtaim departments and staff with the necessary documents and manuals.
• Maintaining and revising of department’s web/internet portals.
• Provide support to operational management as required.
• Implement corrective actions as required.

Minimum Qualifications / Experience

• Proven aviation experience in maintenance/operations role or with a quality background.
• A good knowledge of aviation regulations both EU and local.
• Previous document management experience.
• High attention to detail and excellent IT skills.
• Highly motivated and flexible.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Middle East is an advantage.
