Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with aviation maintenance compliance.
• Ability to perform inspections and investigations.
• Familiarity with OEM specifications and technical data.

Responsibilities

• Follow day-to-day operations to monitor, audit, and report compliance against published data, policy, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance and direction to the workforce on Compliance Monitoring issues.
• Assist with internal audits by providing platform-specific SME data and helping implement corrective actions.
• Prioritize work to ensure quality support is delivered efficiently.
• Provide local training/familiarization arising from investigations as required.
• Maintain an effective network with stakeholders using established communication lines.
• Conduct compliance sampling to ensure staff competency, currency of data, and serviceability of components.
