Job summary

Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking an AV Technician to install, operate and maintain audiovisual systems across the property. You will support meetings, events, conferences and guest experiences with reliable AV solutions.

Responsibilities include setting up, testing and troubleshooting equipment, collaborating with events and operations teams, and ensuring safety and compliance with hotel standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar AV Technician role, preferably in hospitality.
• Knowledge of audio, video, lighting and conferencing systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively.
• Familiarity with digital sound systems, projectors and LED displays.

Responsibilities

• Install, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot AV equipment for meetings and events.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of AV gear.
• Set up systems for conferences, banquets, weddings and other events.
• Provide prompt technical support to guests and staff.
• Coordinate with events, sales and operations teams for smooth execution.
