Job summary

Moove is seeking a Validation Driver to oversee the safety and performance of autonomous vehicles during the pilot phase in Dubai. You will operate as the safety operator, monitor the AV system, and ensure accurate real-time reporting to the ROC.

You will work with the Validation Trainer and Operations Team, conducting pre/post-trip checks, logging events, and escalating concerns when necessary. This role requires strong English communication and the ability to work in shifts while upholding

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid UAE driving license with clean record.
• Minimum 3 years of active driving experience in UAE or GCC, familiar with Dubai roads.
• Professional-level English: read, write, and speak clearly for reporting and communications.
• Comfortable with tablets, displays, and onboard software.
• Must be calm under pressure with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the autonomous vehicle system and sensor alerts during shifts.
• Take immediate manual control when safety requires it.
• Log events, interventions, and observations accurately for ROC.
• Communicate findings in English to engineering teams and document clearly.
