Job summary

TalentOne is seeking a technically strong UAV Flight Systems & Avionics Engineer to drive the development, integration, and validation of autonomous unmanned aerial vehicle systems in a cutting-edge aerospace environment.

The role covers hardware and software integration, sensor fusion, and flight testing across SITL/HITL, with hands-on exposure to PX4 and ArduPilot, Pixhawk ecosystems, and embedded flight-control software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering.
• Experience in UAV systems, flight-control engineering, avionics, embedded systems or robotics.
• Experience integrating and troubleshooting electronic hardware and avionics systems.
• Experience with UAV autopilot platforms such as PX4 and/or ArduPilot.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate electronic hardware and avionics assemblies for unmanned aerial systems.
• Configure flight-control computers, onboard sensors, and communication interfaces.
• Calibrate navigation sensors (IMU, GNSS, LiDAR, vision) and sensor systems integration.
• Work with embedded flight-control software, firmware deployment, and system-level troubleshooting.
• Conduct SITL/HITL simulations and flight tests for validation.
