Allocates jobs to subordinates according to their skills levels to assure efficient effective work Makes sure promises to customers kept feeds back to service advisor any difficulties hitches to avoid undesired customers surprises Solves diagnoses technical difficulties problems encountered by subordinates for smooth faster repair maintenance Manages workshop resources for high utilization efficiency thus productivity which helps in achieving planned target Conducts on job training illustrates released TSBs to subordinates to improve their technical knowledge Feeds back ideas suggestions to Asst Workshop Manager for workshop processes improvement Prepares submits administrative reports to Asst Workshop Manager used for service processes analysis development Supervises usage of workshop assets to be maintained in good condition Requirements years of handson experience in automotive electrical diagnostics repair and maintenance as an Automotive Workshop Electrical Supervisor in UAE Prefer in dealership Diploma or Degree in Automotive Engineering Electrical Engineering or a related technical field Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing automotive electrical systems Familiarity with CAN bus systems and vehicle communication protocols Knowledge of hybrid and electric vehicle systems including highvoltage systems Reading writing and speaking in English is mandatory Prefer to have UAE driving license You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
