Qualifications

• Degree or 3-year diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years' experience in Auto W/S store management/Workshop.
• Strong sourcing, cost control and supplier negotiation skills.
• Experience with documentation and VAT compliance.

Responsibilities

• Source parts and consumables at better price and maintain margin.
• Maintain stock levels by issuing items on job cards.
• Maintain 5S in parts department and perform monthly cycle counts.
• Provide parts estimation to workshop; ensure minimum turnaround time.
• Supply parts to technicians in minimum turnaround time.
• Verify parts bills and ensure genuine parts are received.
• Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely delivery to workshop.
• Ensure proper documentation in line with SOP and VAT compliance.
• Assist supplier for payment delays with Finance.
• Create part numbers to comply with SOP for new/used items.
