Automotive Service Advisor

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our company.

Eligibility:

1. Must be degree qualified.
2. Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and have basic Arabic skills.
3. Must have working experience in the automotive sector in UAE.
4. Must have 4 years of experience.
5. Knowledge of the automotive industry and local regulations in Dubai is a plus.
6. Available to join immediately.
7. The candidate must be located in the UAE.

Day to Day Operations:

1. Greeting customers and assessing their vehicle needs in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Advising customers on required and recommended services and upselling additional products and services.
3. Handling customer complaints and resolving any issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
4. Maintaining accurate records of all transactions, services, and customer information.
5. Following up with customers after repairs are completed to ensure their satisfaction.
6. Collaborating with team members to meet sales and customer service goals.
7. Writing up repair orders and providing cost estimates for repairs and maintenance services.

Salary: 4000-5000 Dhs will be offered to the right candidate.
