  • Diagnose customer concerns by asking insightful questions and conducting preliminary assessments to provide accurate service recommendations.
  • Prepare detailed service estimates and explain the scope of work to customers, emphasizing transparency and building trust.
  • Schedule service appointments efficiently, balancing customer needs with technician availability to optimize workflow.
  • Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any lingering concerns, reinforcing a commitment to exceptional service.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, services performed, and vehicle history to support future service needs.
  • Collaborate with technicians to ensure a seamless service process, translating technical jargon into understandable terms for customers.
  • Upsell additional services and products that may enhance vehicle performance and longevity, contributing to overall dealership revenue.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma in Automotive Engineering or equivalent; a degree in automotive technology with business management is preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in a customer service or automotive service advisor role within a dealership environment.
  • Proven experience in upselling services and products, demonstrating a results-driven approach.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in a second language is a plus to cater to diverse customer needs.
  • Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes to effectively communicate with both customers and technicians.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate service recommendations clearly and persuasively.
