- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any lingering concerns, reinforcing a commitment to exceptional service.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma in Automotive Engineering or equivalent; a degree in automotive technology with business management is preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in a customer service or automotive service advisor role within a dealership environment.
- Proven experience in upselling services and products, demonstrating a results-driven approach.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in a second language is a plus to cater to diverse customer needs.
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes to effectively communicate with both customers and technicians.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate service recommendations clearly and persuasively.
