We're seeking a Manager – Sales & Business Development to lead our sales initiatives, with a key focus on OEM relationships, market expansion, and client success. You’ll work directly with leadership in Dubai and India, shaping regional strategy and results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sales growth across GCC markets, focusing on OEM clients
• Identify new business opportunities and manage full sales cycle
• Execute market research, lead generation, and strategic follow-ups
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and CRM records
• Represent at industry events, trade shows, and meetings

Ideal Candidate:

• 7–10 years of experience in automotive sales/business development
• Proven track record with OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers
• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering preferred; MBA a plus
• Strong client-facing skills, CRM proficiency, and GCC market knowledge
• Willing to travel frequently across GCC and occasionally to India
