Job description

What you will do:

1. Perform PDI on vehicles with concern for quality and efficiency.
2. Observe professional decorum and hospitality with the customer and co-employees.
3. Maintain discipline of the service establishment through strict adherence to company rules, regulations, and procedures.
4. Perform car cleaning and polishing.
5. Identify damages, missing items, and repair needs.
6. Ensure all work requested on the repair order has been completed.
7. Complete the quality control sheet.
8. Ensure the 5S standards are maintained.
9. Stay updated with new technology, work procedures, time standards, and relevant technical know-how to maintain or improve work productivity and quality.
10. Perform other tasks assigned by immediate superior or manager if necessary.
11. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
12. Perform all duties and responsibilities mentioned in the related business SOPs.
13. Comply with the Al Futtaim Electric Mobility Company Quality Management System and participate in the organization’s improvement activities.
14. Carry out work with care, ensuring safety for oneself and others, while complying with health and safety requirements and preventing environmental harm.

About the team:

Reporting to the workshop supervisor, you will be an individual contributor working in a busy environment.

What equips you for the role:

• Relevant education: Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering with a strong understanding of automotive systems.
• 3+ years of experience working at a reputed automobile dealer, preferably in the KSA (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia).
• Up-to-date knowledge of new automotive technologies, work procedures, and time standards related to vehicle maintenance and repair.
