Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Automotive Mechanic role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Automotive Mechanic will perform routine and scheduled vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, brake services, tire rotations, and inspections. The role involves diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, conducting repairs on engines, transmissions, suspensions, and other vehicle systems, and ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards. The mechanic will use diagnostic tools and repair equipment, document work performed, and communicate clearly with service advisors and customers about findings and recommended services. The role also includes contributing to a clean, organized workshop, supporting fleet service needs, and helping maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Vehicle Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair, with experience performing routine services and scheduled maintenance.


• Candidates should possess skills in Automotive and Automotive Repair, including diagnostics and repair of key vehicle systems.


• Candidates should demonstrate a strong focus on Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members.


• Relevant technical certification or vocational training in automotive technology or a related field is preferred.


• Proven experience as an automotive mechanic or technician, ideally in a workshop or fleet service environment.


• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagnostic reports, and to use modern diagnostic tools safely and effectively.


• Strong attention to detail, commitment to workplace safety, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
