Job summary

Al Futtaim Technologies LLC is seeking a Material Management Operations Manager in the UAE to lead strategic inventory planning across the Automotive Division and ensure optimal stock levels. You will guide a team of planners, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet service levels.

The role focuses on demand-supply alignment, working capital optimization, and ensuring high service levels across all channels and branches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in Supply Chain or Inventory operations.
• Experience managing a team for 1–2 years, automotive parts knowledge preferred.
• Proficiency in inventory management processes and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution of inventory across the Automotive Division.
• Coordinate OEM programs and monitor vendor performance to reduce gaps and lead times.
• Govern order planning, replenishment, and stock availability across channels.
• Optimize network stock, manage replenishments, returns, and stock health at branches.
