Job summary

Tanqeeb in the United Arab Emirates invites applications for an experienced General Repair Technician to join the Toyota and Lexus Team across the UAE. You will identify problems with vehicles using diagnostic equipment and Special Service Tools, perform maintenance and repairs, and ensure the Fix it Right process to eliminate repeat repairs.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience as a Diagnostic Technician in a large automotive dealership.
• Proficient with diagnostic equipment and Special Service Tools for engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, A/C, electrical and hybrid systems.
• Able to perform basic diagnosis, unit repair, AC parts replacement and general mechanical repairs.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and general mechanic repair work on vehicles.
• Manual skill & ability for performing technical and mechanical jobs.
• Assist Technical Advisor in data capture while creating the Repair Support Request and Branch Field Technical Reports.
• Willingness to learn with hands-on training.
