Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in data engineering and analytics, including solution implementation and large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of automotive business processes and data flows across sales, aftersales, finance and operations.
• Extensive experience with Azure-based data platforms such as Azure Data Factory, Databricks, SQL, Python, and related services.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement data application solutions aligned with automotive business objectives and digital transformation priorities.
• Translate functional requirements into effective technical data solutions with automotive business stakeholders.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of data applications, including design, development, deployment, and optimization.
• Oversee Azure-based data architecture for storage, processing, and analytics across automotive systems.
• Ensure seamless integration of data from multiple automotive platforms into centralized and governed data environments.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize data pipelines, ETL processes, and application performance for reliability and scalability.
• Define and standardize automotive KPIs and deliver interactive dashboards for analytics and reporting.
• Lead analytics and reporting initiatives to support operational performance, sales, aftersales, and customer insights.
• Ensure strong data governance, security, and compliance, including identity management and data catalog management.
• Collaborate with data science teams to enable AI and machine learning use cases within automotive domain.
• Oversee day-to-day automotive data operations and drive continuous improvement in data processes and performance.
