Qualifications

• Bachelor's or MSc in Financial Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data science and analytics with a strong focus on finance.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Databricks, and ML libraries including scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, ARIMA, SARIMA, and Prophet.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps, Git, and data visualization tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Plotly.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of financial data science projects to improve performance and manage risk using advanced analytics and ML.
• Oversee a team of data scientists; implement predictive models and develop finance dashboards and KPI metrics.
• Generate financial insights and communicate actionable analytics to drive strategic decisions.
