About the role

The Country Manager - Service will be a key member of the International Business (IB) team, based at the headquarters in Dubai. Reporting to the Regional Service Manager, this role is responsible for the strategic planning, operational management, and performance of the after-sales service function across key markets in the CIS region. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, blending technical expertise with a strong focus on enhancing service quality, customer satisfaction, and dealer relations.

Responsibilities
  • Service Operations: Oversee and optimize all after-sales service activities across the assigned territories. This includes managing service operations, conducting service audits, and implementing best practices to improve dealer efficiency and profitability. You will be accountable for key performance indicators (KPIs) such as service turnaround time and customer satisfaction scores (NPS).
  • Warranty Management: Drive effective warranty claim management and administration. You will be responsible for analyzing warranty data to identify root causes of failures, implementing corrective actions, and managing warranty costs in line with business objectives.
  • Technical Support: Act as the primary technical liaison, providing expert guidance and support to the regional dealer network. This involves resolving complex technical issues, coordinating with the head office for product feedback, and ensuring that technical training needs are met across the region.
  • Dealer & Partner Relations: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with distributor and dealer partners, serving as a trusted advisor to ensure alignment on service strategy and operational excellence.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes within the covered geographies to inform strategic after-sales initiatives.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of progressive experience in Automotive After-Sales.
  • Currently based in the UAE.
  • Must have experience working directly for an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
  • Proficiency in Russian, both verbal and written, is a mandatory requirement.
  • A strong understanding of service operations, warranty management, and technical support functions.
  • A strategic and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Exceptional communication and collaborative skills.
