Job summary

Al Futtaim Automotive in Dubai, UAE, is hiring a Branch Accountant - Automotive Dealership Finance to manage invoicing, accounts receivable, and financial reporting within a multi-brand dealership environment.

You will ensure internal controls and coordinate with showroom, service, and spare parts teams, supporting audits. A Bachelor's in Accounting and 3 years in branch/dealership finance are required; SAP knowledge is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of branch accounting or dealership finance experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and internal controls.
• Experience with invoicing, cash management, and receivables tracking.
• Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle invoicing and ensure pricing and documentation accuracy.
• Coordinate with credit control for customer deals and verify documentation.
• Maintain sales and financial records for timely collections and compliance.
• Post receipts and verify bank transfers in ERP systems.
• Monitor petty cash, cheque clearances, and daily cash counts.
• Support financial reporting and audits, and assist in cost tracking.
