Job description

Our Client is a leading Chinese company and currently in the search for an Automobile Spare Parts and Warehouse Manager who is based in the UAE.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Daily management of the spare parts and maintenance warehouse at the operations center, including spare parts procurement, incoming material packaging and removal, warehousing, and shipping.

2. Recording the flow and sales of spare parts for various usage scenarios, including internal use, B2B customers, and insurance.

3. Conducting monthly, quarterly, and annual spare parts inventory checks, data organization, and simple analysis.

4.Other required tasks assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree, preferably in the relevant industry.

2. Familiarity with the system components of new energy vehicles and at least 3 years of experience managing automotive or electronic parts inventory.

3. Understanding of regulatory requirements, pricing principles, and sales channels for UAE automotive aftermarket spare parts. Experience in purchasing or selling spare parts is preferred.

4. Understanding of basic warehouse storage and organization principles and at least 1 year of warehouse management experience. Access to local logistics vehicles and the ability to find labor and coordinate warehouse handling and circulation.

5. Familiarity with computer office software, particularly Excel spreadsheets and data report creation.

6. Conscientious and responsible, proactive, hands-on, and service-oriented.

7. Experience driving in the UAE; a local driver's license would be a strong plus.
