Job summary

Client of Discovered MENA is seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications. You will build end-to-end testing strategies, expand test coverage across releases, and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.

The role requires hands-on experience with Playwright or Selenium, proficiency in JavaScript/Python/Java, and a strong understanding of both manual and automated testing methods.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing automated testing frameworks.
• Experience with Playwright or Selenium.
• Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD environments.
• Programming or scripting in JavaScript, Python or Java.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automated test scripts for web apps.
• Build and execute end-to-end testing strategies.
• Maintain and improve automated test coverage across releases.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Investigate test failures and support defect resolution.
• Perform manual testing when required.
