Automation Engineer - temp (6 month contract) About the Role

We're looking for a talented and creative Automation Engineer to join myZoi and help ensure our internal tooling empowers our team to work in the most efficient, automated and agile way possible. In this role you will be working with our Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, Compass, Rovo, Atlassian AI, Forge) to streamline and automate every corner of our business, from Incident Management to Call Center, Operations and internal processes. You will work with a rockstar Platform Team comprising Data Analysts, Data Engineers and AI Specialists to augment and improve each and every employee, team and process.

Key Responsibilities

• You will be part of the Platform and Tooling team working with our cloud toolset to empower our staff
  

• Partner with cross-functional teams across the organisation to implement solutions across Jira and Confluence
  

• Work with Jira Automation, Rovo AI Agents to streamline processes
  

• Work with Atlassian AI to improve Knowledge management
  

• Create Forge Apps to Augment our team, leveraging AI to improve process
  

• Work with the Call Center team to optimise our customer support using JSM , Nice, BPM tooling and other automation
  

• Work hand in hand with our data team to provide help-desk knowledge and automated support
  

• Work on Cloud-Native tool integrations, Atlassian, Nice and other developer tools
  

• Configure best practice Jira projects for Business and technology Teams
  

• Develop internal tooling using AI
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience working with the Atlassian product suite (Cloud)
  

• Possess a solid understanding of the complexities and components of the Atlassian Suite
  

• Experience with Atlassian rest API
  

• Experience with Automation
  

• Experience with Rovo and Forge
  

• Ability to code in TypeScript
  

• Ability to understand REST APIs, confidence in connecting tooling using APIs
  

• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines across multiple projects, independently.
  

• Analytical skills in troubleshooting and can prepare and communicate complex issues in an understandable manner.
  

• You are a team player, impress with your open, friendly, supportive demeanor and use your creative freedom. Strong communication skills and a hands-on mentality round off your profile.
