Qualifications
7+ years of experience as a process or industrial engineer in the EMS sector.
Responsibilities
Partner with multi-functional teams to evaluate automation opportunities.
Prepare RFQs and implement automation solutions for PCBA manufacturing.
Support integration of shop floor systems with MES/ERP.
Drive OPEX and CAPEX optimization and ROI analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product ramp-up.
Coordinate process flow design and line balancing.
Skills
Automation and digitization of manufacturing processes
New project implementation and transfer
Developing and deploying automation solutions
Integrating robotics into production processes
Electronic boards design knowledge
ERP system SAP knowledge
High mix – low volume production experience
Lean manufacturing experience
Analytical and problem‑solving skills
