Job summary

Dashco is hiring an AutoCAD Draftsman/Operator for a major utility infrastructure project in Dubai. Overseas candidates are welcome and must relocate to Dubai.

The role requires a Diploma in Engineering with CADD/AutoCAD certification and a minimum of two years' experience in technical drawings, especially cable routes for utilities. You will update drawings from site and coordinate with engineers and authorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical drawings and cable route drawings.
• Experience in utility infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Diploma in Engineering with CADD/AutoCAD certification.

Responsibilities

• Study the CAR with ring diagram and understand NOC drawings.
• Update drawings with details from site.
• Prepare drawings for traffic diversion and paid parking requirements.
• Prepare miscellaneous cable support drawings.
• Prepare pre-as-built marked-up drawings in coordination with Engineers.
• Coordinate with authorities and external consultants on cable route drawings.
• Prepare fibre optic duct drawings.
• Daily coordination with Engineers, supervisors and foreman.
• Handle smart government update related works.
• Coordinate with pre-survey and GIS for drawing updates.
• Assist with urgent tasks assigned by Engr/Manager.
• Verify backfilling detail drawings.

We are hiring an AutoCAD Draftsman for a major utility infrastructure project in Dubai.

Position: AutoCAD Draftsman / AutoCAD Operator

Salary: AED 4000

Key Responsibilities

• To study the CAR with ring diagram & to understand NOC drawings.
• To update the drawings with details updated from site.
• Preparation of drawings for traffic diversion and paid parking requirements.
• Preparation of miscellaneous cable support drawings.
• Preparation of pre-as-built marked-up drawings in coordination with Engineers.
• Coordination with external authorities such as RTA DM Dusup consultants developers Road contractors etc. pertaining to cable route drawings as and when required.
• Preparation of Fibre optic duct drawings.
• Daily coordination with Engineers supervisors and foreman for job updates.
• Smart government update related works.
• Coordination with pre-survey and GIS unit for drawing updates.
• Miscellaneous urgent jobs assigned by the Engr/ Manager
• Verification of backfilling detail drawings.

Education: Diploma in Engineering with CADD / AutoCAD certification

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in technical drawings cable route drawings utility infrastructure projects experience preferred.
