Qualifications

• 10+ years in automotive spare parts / aftermarket, senior management
• Proven track record of sales growth and business development
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Deep knowledge of American and Japanese vehicles spare parts
• Excellent supplier negotiations and relationship management
• Financial acumen: budgeting, P&L, margins
• Experience with ERP and inventory management systems
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and overall performance
• Drive sales growth and revenue targets
• Manage spare parts procurement, stock, warehousing and distribution
• Negotiate with suppliers, terms and pricing
• Monitor margins, costs and budgets; report performance
• Lead payroll, staffing, and performance management
• Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction
• Establish KPIs and drive accountability across teams
• Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities
