Job summary

Xad Technologies is seeking a Manager – Auto Division in Sharjah to lead the establishment and growth of the Auto Division. Responsibilities include business development, service operations, and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in automotive services and at least 3 years in a managerial role.

This position expects strong leadership to ensure profitability and operational governance. Ideal candidates understand the UAE market and are commercially aware.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in automotive service or workshop operations.
• Minimum 3 years in a managerial or business unit leadership role.
• Strong understanding of workshop operations and profitability control.

• Lead the setup and growth of XAD's Auto Division.
• Identify and develop new revenue opportunities.
• Oversee service operations and maintenance performance.
