Job summary

Electra Events & Exhibitions in Abu Dhabi is seeking an AutoCAD Operator who will oversee production and site activities, and manage daily employee time sheets. The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD and strong coordination with the production team and site personnel.

You will produce accurate drawings, ensure alignment with on-site conditions, review drawings for quality, and maintain documentation. Frequent travel may be required to support project sites.

The AutoCAD Operator is responsible for overseeing production and site activities while also managing the daily time sheet of employees. This role requires proficiency in AutoCAD software and the ability to effectively coordinate with the production team and site personnel.

Main Accountabilities

• Production Oversight Collaborate with the production team to understand project requirements and create accurate technical drawings using AutoCAD software
• Site Coordination Liaise with site personnel to gather information and ensure that drawings align with on-site conditions and requirements
• Time Sheet Management Maintain and update daily time sheets for employees accurately recording their working hours and tasks performed
• Quality Assurance Review drawings for accuracy completeness and adherence to project specifications and industry standards
• Documentation and Reporting Maintain organized records of drawings revisions and project-related documentation
• Collaboration Work closely with the production team site personnel and suppliers to ensure smooth communication and coordination

Technical amp Functional Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD software for creating technical drawings
