Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for an Architect or Civil Engineer working as Authorities Coordinator who will be responsible for all authorities engineering submissions in Dubai (DM, DDA, Trakhees, DCD, DEWA,...) and ensuring that all projects comply with regulatory policies and standards. The Authorities Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating with all relevant stakeholders to ensure that all regulatory compliance requirements are met and maintained.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of regulatory policies and standards, particularly those related to the construction industry in Dubai
• Driving License
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Fluency in English is required, Arabic is preferred but not mandatory
