The Company

One of our clients based in Abu Dhabi and active within the Oil & Gas sector is currently looking for an Audit Manager to assist the Internal Audit Director.

The Role

You will provide assurance that risk exposures are well managed, control framework and corporate governance process are in place, effective, and efficient and that improvement is sustained and supported.
You will assist the Internal Audit Director in the development of audit strategies and plans.
You will manage a team of auditors.
You will be overseeing the delivery of audits by third parties.
You will maintain up-to-date status on all reported audit observations.

Minimum Requirements

MUST possess a Bachelor degree in Accounting/Business Administration or Engineering/IT.
Professional certification from an accredited institution (ACA, CIA, ACCA, CPA).
MUST HAVE at least 8 years in Internal Audit + 4 years in a managerial level.
Relevant industry experience is highly preferable as are skills such as construction project auditing.
Excellent command of English, verbal and written.
