During your tenure as an Audit Analytics Associate, you will demonstrate your capabilities in the following areas:
  • Understand client business processes, controls, and data in order to apply planned analytics procedures.
  • Work closely with core financial audit teams to discuss the results of planned analytics procedures.
  • Document step-by-step details of the procedures performed and the test results in a clear manner.
  • Communicate effectively with relevant client personnel as well as financial audit teams.
  • Proactively seek on-the-job learning opportunities.

Qualifications
  • BS in Computer Science, Business Computer, or Management Information Systems.
  • Ability to solve a business problem using an analytical solution with the assistance from the Analytics Manager and to implement the same.
  • Strong analytical skills and at least 1 to 2.5 years of hands-on experience with Audit Command Language (ACL) and/or SQL.
  • Experience in extracting data from client systems using custom queries.
  • Working knowledge and proficiency with BI visualization tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau.
  • Comfortable working with large data sets.
  • Understanding of basic financial audit processes, terminologies, and business process controls is an advantage.
  • Ability to promote ideas and work effectively with all levels within the organization.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
