Audit & Assurance | Audit Manager:

During Your Tenure As An Audit Manager In Audit & Assurance, You Will Demonstrate And Develop Your Capabilities In The Following Areas:

• Understand key statistics and industry matters about the entity before engagement begins, by asking team members and reviewing financial statements or audit documentation.
• Coordinate responsibilities between the engagement team and specialists, including timelines and contribution to audit objectives.
• Manage engagement deliverables and deadlines, tracking findings and follow-ups.
• Apply guidance material to ensure professional skepticism in procedures, evidence, and conclusions.
• Sign off on work performed, ensuring completeness and review by others where necessary.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, leveraging prior knowledge and contingency planning.
• Prepare documentation anticipating reviewer questions, including facts, analysis, and professional judgments.
• Promote professional skepticism within the team, encouraging inquiry and investigation.
• Document objectivity, independence, and continuance decisions thoroughly.
• Ensure staff have adequate technical and industry knowledge, providing briefings as needed.
