Job summary
Personio in Dubai is seeking a specialist to lead the technical planning and design of audio systems for our Event Production projects. You will translate briefs into practical, buildable solutions and develop precise 2D/3D Vectorworks drawings to support successful onsite delivery.
You will produce detailed vectorworks drawings, coordinate with lighting and video teams, review venue documents, and ensure designs meet BeWunder quality standards while collaborating across the Middle East and
Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical planning, audio system design, or a similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of professional audio systems and infrastructure.
- Proficient in Vectorworks and creating detailed technical drawings.
- Experience coordinating with multiple production disciplines.
- Degree or diploma in Audio Engineering or related field preferred.
- Experience in Middle East or international events preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical planning and design of audio systems from concept to delivery.
- Translate briefs into practical audio solutions.
- Develop detailed 2D and 3D Vectorworks drawings.
- Prepare equipment specs, schematics, and patching information.
- Coordinate with lighting, video, rigging for integrated solutions.
- Review venue drawings and project docs to identify requirements.
- Support tendering and pre-production with technical concepts.
- Maintain up-to-date drawings and documentation.
- Assist onsite during installation, commissioning, and delivery.
