Job summary

Key duties include staff allocation, safety briefings, incident response, and coordinating with maintenance. The role requires strong leadership, guest-service focus, and vigilance in safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in theme parks, amusement parks, attractions or leisure operations.
• Strong people-management and team-coaching skills.
• Excellent guest-service and complaint-handling abilities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make decisions during operational or emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operation of assigned rides and attractions.
• Ensure all attractions operate in accordance with SOPs, safety standards and operational procedures.
• Conduct and verify pre-opening and closing checks.
• Supervise Attraction Operators, Attendants and Team Leaders during shifts.
• Allocate staff, manage breaks and ensure adequate manpower coverage.
• Conduct daily team briefings covering safety, operations and guest service.
• Monitor guest flow, queues, attraction capacity and wait times.
• Ensure excellent guest service and promptly resolve complaints or operational issues.
• Respond appropriately to incidents, emergencies and attraction downtime.
• Coordinate with Maintenance/Technical teams regarding equipment issues.
• Ensure operational and safety checks, incident reports and daily documentation are accurately completed.
• Support risk assessments, safety audits and emergency procedures.
• Train, coach and monitor frontline attraction staff.
• Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of operational KPIs.
• Maintain attraction presentation, cleanliness and brand standards.
• Support operations during peak periods, events, weekends and public holidays.
