Job description

Our client is looking for an Attraction Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, strategic development, and guest experience of one or more visitor attractions. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining high operational standards, ensuring safety compliance, and driving footfall through innovative programming and strong team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute attraction-specific strategies (new activities, special events, partnerships)
  • Oversee daily operations: scheduling, staffing, maintenance, and safety compliance - Ensure compliance with health & safety protocols and Dubai Municipality regulations
  • Conduct regular staff training on safety procedures, customer service, and operational standards.
  • Support management team on HR matters: onboarding and assessments
  • Manage budgets, track P&L, and optimize cost control
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and external vendors to drive visitor numbers
  • Analyze visitor feedback and operational metrics to recommend improvements
  • Handle ad-hoc management tasks as required by operations leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Tourism, or related field
  • 3+ years’ experience managing outdoor/tourism attractions or event venues
