Job Overview:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Attendant Entry Operations at Real Madrid. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

• Oversee guest entry processes including ticket scanning, access control, and queue management.
• Provide prompt and courteous assistance to guests regarding park information, directions, and services.
• Monitor entrance areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness.
• Ensure compliance with park policies, including guest conduct, ticket validity, and safety protocols.
• Support crowd control during peak hours and special events to maintain smooth guest flow.
• Report and document any incidents, guest feedback, or operational issues to management.
• Coordinate with security and HSE teams to address safety concerns and emergencies.
• Assist in training and guiding entry attendants to uphold service and operational standards

About you:

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Diploma in Hospitality or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years in guest services or entry operations, preferably in theme parks or hospitality environments.
• Familiarity with ticketing and access control systems
• Basic understanding of crowd management and guest safety protocols
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
