About the Role
Communications Attendants are responsible for maintaining open lines of communications during the daily operations of the waterpark and hotel beach and pool facilities. They are the main point of contact between operations staff and all other departments required to work in and around the marine and waterpark facility.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
The Communications attendant's responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:

  1. Maintaining inventory of all radios
  2. Logging of all radio calls during the daily operation
  3. Assisting with lifeguard equipment inventories
  4. Preparation of the daily lifeguard rotation system
  5. HR administration duties in relation to attendance
  6. Maintain radio contact between various departments
  7. Logging of all service interruptions during the course of the daily operation
  8. Operational Administration duties
  9. Perform any and all tasks as assigned by your supervisors necessary for the operation of the park.
  10. Other assigned duties necessitated by operational demand.
About You
Our ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience working as an Admin or Office Assistant. Additionally, you need to have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, which you will demonstrate during the assessment. Knowledge of the Galaxy system is highly advantageous.
