Remotedxb in Athens is seeking an experienced operations leader to manage day-to-day program operations for graduate degree offerings and coordinate high-quality student services for mid-career and executive learners. You will plan and execute program-related events, residencies, and international modules, and provide operational and administrative support to faculty, including classroom readiness.

The role requires a BA/BS degree, 6+ years in operations or events management, fluency in Greek

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 6+ years of experience in operations, program, or events management.
• Fluency in Greek and English is required.
• Proficiency with Canvas, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and Google Suite.
• Ability to reside within easy commuting distance of Athens, Greece.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day program operations for graduate degree offerings in Athens.
• Coordinate and deliver high-quality student services for mid-career and executive learners.
• Plan and execute program-related events, residencies, and international modules.
• Provide operational and administrative support to faculty, including classroom readiness.
• Support operations, admissions, and business development by coordinating meetings and managing logistics.
