Position Overview

As the Quality Review (QR) Coordinator, you will support the QR Leader in planning, resourcing and monitoring the QR program throughout the year. You will coordinate planning, execution and reporting phases, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication across PwC offices in and outside the Middle East.

Responsibilities

• Assist the QR Leader in coordinating all aspects of the Quality Review program, from initial planning to final execution.
• Maintain regular communication with PwC offices to ensure alignment and cooperation throughout the review process.
• Utilise strong networking and communication skills to identify and engage the right reviewers for the program, ensuring expertise and availability align with project needs.
• Employ analytical and digital skills to generate insightful reports on the outcomes of Quality Review exercises using tools such as Alteryx, PowerBI, Tableau, and others.
• Organise and manage logistics to facilitate smooth execution of Quality Review exercises.
• Prepare presentations prior to the start of the program by coordinating with various teams to gather the required information.
• Support senior team members with periodic monitoring activities related to risk and quality, including acceptance and continuance, independence monitoring, archiving, termination of retention and consultation.
• Document all related projects and coach and guide junior team members.

Qualifications

• A degree in Business or any related academic major.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferable.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills that enable thriving in a team environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written) is a plus.
• Willingness to challenge norms and create a cohesive and effective working team.
• Excellent project management skills.
