WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence (EQ).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an F&B specialist in a supervisory role or similar experience in a 5-star hospitality environment.
  • High school diploma required; a college degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Oversee and ensure all operational tasks in F&B service align with service standards and procedures.
  • Provide coaching and on-the-job training.
  • Offer constructive feedback both on- and off-the-job.
  • Analyze operations and allocate resources accordingly.
  • Conduct shift huddles to ensure seamless communication.
  • Prevent complaints and implement service recovery strategies when needed.
