Job Description

Looking for “Asst. Manager - Sales “

This position will be responsible for Sales of Chemicals, Solvents, Polymers in all market segments including, but not limited to Paints & Coatings, Resin, Adhesives & sealants, Construction Chemicals, Rubber Chemicals, Printing ink, Printing, Oil field chemicals, Petrochemical refinery chemicals.

This position will require the candidate to:

  • Manage existing Customer and develop new Customer relationships
  • Grow the business with existing customers and identify opportunities for profitable growth ·
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster loyalty and ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Participate in Planning and implementation of strategies to improve sales & supply share with customers ·
  • Prepare an annual sales budget, monitor product sales ·
  • Submit written reports on sales and development activities as requested ·
  • Manage inventory levels to support business ·
  • Collaborate with supportive functions to provide smooth customer service
  • Establish & manage multi-level relationship with customers & ensure smooth Payment receivables & statutory documents.
  • Prefer candidates with established industry contacts, familiar with industry's terminology, common practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Degree or PG in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering with Sales / Marketing experience of Petrochemicals to any of the target market segment in GCC.
  • Experience in handling African / South Asia region, in addition to GCC market would be an added advantage
  • Candidates with 3 to 7 Yrs. experience in above would be preferred
  • Joining time within 30 to 40 days preferred.
  • To have valid UAE Driving License / GCC Driving License
