Job description

Quality Assurance and Control Management:

• Develop and implement the QA/QC plan, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and related procedures.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.
• Perform regular quality audits and inspections at project sites to identify non-conformities.

Inspections and Testing:

• Supervise inspections of materials, equipment, and workmanship during construction to verify compliance.
• Review and approve material submittals, test results, and as-built documentation.
• Oversee the testing and commissioning of systems and ensure adherence to standards.

Non-Conformance Management:

• Identify, report, and document non-conformities (NCRs) and manage their resolution.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to address recurring quality issues.

Coordination and Communication:

• Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and clients to resolve quality-related concerns.
• Communicate quality objectives, requirements, and progress to stakeholders.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive quality documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and certification records.
• Prepare and present quality performance reports to management and clients.

Compliance and Standards:

• Ensure adherence to relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
