Overview

An Assistant Housing Manager assists in overseeing and directing all aspects of staff accommodation operations under the guidance of the Human Resources department. The role involves ensuring high-quality housing management services in a safe and secure environment, monitoring maintenance and facilities issues, and supporting employee relations.

What will I be doing?

As an Assistant Housing Manager, you will:

  • Distribute and delegate workload to ensure productivity and team satisfaction while managing expenses.
  • Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and counseling for team members.
  • Ensure compliance with staff housing policies.
  • Assist in organizing social activities and support project timelines.
  • Participate in hiring and training team members, and communicate effectively in meetings.
  • Attend meetings to disseminate information and handle housing-related complaints.
  • Assist in preparing budgets and monitor financial control throughout the year.
  • Provide accurate information to incoming employees and greet customers professionally.
  • Maintain accurate staff housing allocation reports.
  • Create and distribute flyers, memos, and newsletters as needed.
