Urgent hashtag #hiring ! 1) Manage a portfolio of tenants, understanding their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of service to maintain tenant satisfaction and long-term business retention. 2) Proactively secure new tenants and promote company's available assets to real estate brokers and key accounts to maximize leasing revenue. 3) Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely lease renewals, and work with marketing to develop sales kits, collateral, and asset fact sheets. 4) Continuously update CRM systems, generate lead and broker performance reports, and recommend process improvements for leasing and tenant management.
