Associate Vice President - Treasury Sales

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Treasury Sales Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by monitoring market trends, promoting a range of treasury products, and managing client relationships.

What You Will Be Doing

1. Monitor both local and international market trends to identify revenue-generating opportunities.
2. Actively promote FX, derivatives, structured deposits, and other treasury products to boost profitability and meet targets.
3. Manage relationships with existing and new clients, offering market insights and hedging strategies.
4. Structure, price, and execute derivatives, including both vanilla and exotic products, for the sales desk.
5. Coordinate with relevant departments to set up customer limits and secure necessary approvals.
6. Handle Treasury FX flows from Business Banking clients and assist with daily treasury operations.
7. Deliver professional service to enhance the bank’s reputation.
8. Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and Central Bank standards in all tasks.
9. Identify and recommend procedural and process improvements.
10. Perform additional duties as assigned by the line manager to support departmental operations.
11. Actively market FX, IR & Commodity Derivatives, structured deposits, and other treasury products to enhance profitability and turnover.

What You Should Have

1. Possess a problem-solving mindset.
2. Must be proactive and self-driven.
3. Ability to manage sales and perform under pressure.

What We Are Looking For

1. Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in banking or financial services, with a specialization in Treasury.
3. In-depth knowledge of Treasury products and hedging strategies.
4. Experience in the UAE/GCC banking sector.
5. Proven experience in managing corporate and business clients.
